NKBA Manhattan Chapter members met last month for a CEU presentation at the Sub-Zero Wolf Cove showroom in the A&D Building. The topic covered was luxury ventilation options, a critical point of functionality when designing kitchens and specifying appliances. Sub-Zero recently introduced an all-in-one beverage center with capabilities including preservation and protection of up to 86 bottles of wine in its upper compartment.
